Education has proved to be of immense importance in present world as it is termed as first basic step in trip to success, as in the attainment of education, man is enabled to receive information from the external world, termed as Information & Communication Technology (ICT) education, that has become obligatory to acquire in order to survive globally and the nations, who realized the magnitude of ICT long time ago, are now on road of Progress & Prosperity.

Bearing in mind the paramount significance attached to IT, which is the language of 21st Century and without learning it hence no progress and prosperity is now possible, Ko-Ordination Group – KRG initiated a voyage which was aimed at spreading quality IT education and training all over the Pakistan, through setting up a number of Computer Learning Centres as well as Computer Labs with competent learning facilities in order to promote an IT culture all over in the country under the visionary leadership of Mr. Hanif S. Kalia.
 

KRG has been instrumental especially in establishing Computer Learning Centres and Computer Labs in remote areas of Pakistan and in this regard, KRG established state of the art computer labs in Charsadda at Government High School Boys and Government High School Girls to provide the people of Charsadda a global world at a single click.
 

To recognize the outstanding services of KRG and especially of Mr. Hanif S. Kalia, which he has been rendering through out the country for many years, without any difference of cast and creed, Janab Abid Jan, Nazim U/C MC-3, Charsadda in a joint session of all the councilors of Charsadda, unanimously passed a joint resolution to name Corinna-5 road in Charsadda, after the name of Mr. Hanif S. Kalia.

This is not the first time that Mr. Hanif S. Kalia’s social services in IT has been recognized in such a way, earlier a road and a park adjacent to the City District Government High School Engine Shed school Lahore, in which KRG also established state of the art computer learning center, was named after Mr. Hanif S. Kalia on the instructions of then Chief Minister of Punjab, and recently on 23rd March a conference hall of a leading school of Hyderabad in the name of Mr. Hanif S. Kalia was also inaugurated that has also been dedicated to Mr. Hanif S. Kalia to credit his meritorious services in the social sector of Pakistan.
